OUR STORY
OUR STORY
Heritage Livestock - the name says it all!! We started this business 27 years ago, with the help of my first cousin, Fred Sterchi. Fred’s Dad, my uncle, was a cattle buyer and owned a stockyard, so those roots run deep. Our business is multifaceted and includes purchasing country cattle throughout the US, as well as local auction markets, backgrounding and growing cattle in Kentucky, cattle shipping and commercial cattle feeding. It has not been an easy journey but we have survived and still enjoy what we do. There is a lesson every day and if you stop learning….. it is time to quit. God has blessed us with family, friends and business associates that share our passion for the cattle industry.
